১৫তম শিক্ষক নিবন্ধনে ১১ হাজার ১৩০ জন প্রার্থী চূড়ান্তভাবে উত্তীর্ণ হয়েছেন। লিখিত পরীক্ষায় উত্তীর্ণ হয়ে ভাইভায় অংশ নিয়েছিলেন ১৩ হাজার ৩৪৫ জন প্রার্থী। নিবন্ধনের ভাইভায় উত্তীর্ণের হার ৮৩ দশমিক ৪০ শতাংশ। এনটিআরসিএ চেয়ারম্যান এস এম আশফাক হুসেন দৈনিক শিক্ষাডটকমকে এ তথ্য নিশ্চিত করেছেন।

আজ বুধবার (১৫ জানুয়ারি) ১৫তম শিক্ষক নিবন্ধন পরীক্ষার চূড়ান্ত ফল প্রকাশ করবে বেসরকারি শিক্ষক নিবন্ধন ও প্রত্যয়ন কর্তৃপক্ষ (এনটিআরসিএ)।

এস এম আশফাক হুসেন দৈনিক শিক্ষাডটকমকে জানান, ১৫তম শিক্ষক নিবন্ধনে চূড়ান্তভাবে উত্তীর্ণদের মধ্যে স্কুল পর্যায়ের ৯ হাজার ৬৩ জন, স্কুল পর্যায়-২ এ ৬১১ জন এবং কলেজ পর্যায়ের ১ হাজার ৪৫৬ জন প্রার্থী রয়েছেন।

১৫তম শিক্ষক নিবন্ধনের মৌখিক পরীক্ষা গত ১২ নভেম্বর শুরু হয়ে ৫ জানুয়ারি শেষ হয়। এর আগে গত ২২ অক্টোবর ১৫তম শিক্ষক নিবন্ধনের লিখিত পরীক্ষার ফল প্রকাশ করে বেসরকারি শিক্ষক নিবন্ধন ও প্রত্যয়ন কর্তৃপক্ষ (এনটিআরসিএ)। 

লিখিত পরীক্ষায় ১৩ হাজার ৩৪৫ জন উত্তীর্ণ হন। গত ২৬ ও ২৭ জুলাই ১৫ তম শিক্ষক নিবন্ধনের লিখিত পরীক্ষা অনুষ্ঠিত হয়েছিল। 

লিখিত পরীক্ষায় স্কুল পর্যায়ে ১০ হাজার ৯৬৮ জন, স্কুল পর্যায়-২ এ ৭৭০ জন এবং কলেজ পর্যায়ে ১ হাজার ৬০৭ জন প্রার্থী উত্তীর্ণ হয়ে মৌখিক পরীক্ষায় অংশগ্রহণের সুযোগ পেয়েছিলেন । ১ লাখ ২১ হাজার ৬৬০ জন ১৫তম শিক্ষক নিবন্ধনের লিখিত পরীক্ষায় অংশ নেন। ১৫তম শিক্ষক নিবন্ধনের লিখিত পরীক্ষায় ১০ দশমিক ৯৭ শতাংশ প্রার্থী উত্তীর্ণ হয়েছিলেন।

২০১৯ সালের জে.এস.সি ও জেডিসি পরীক্ষার ফলাফল ৩১ ডিসেম্বর প্রকাশিত হয়েছে। এ পরীক্ষায় যারা আশানুরূপ ফল পাইনি আমার আজকের এই পোস্ট তাদের জন্য। এই পোস্টে আমি আজ জানাবো কিভাবে জেএসসি ও জেডিসি পরীক্ষার ফলাফল পুনঃনিরীক্ষণ করতে হয়। প্রথমেই জেনে নেওয়া যাক ফলাফল পুনঃমূল্যায়ন কি?

এসএসসি কিংবা এইচএসসি এর মত জেএসসিতেও পরীক্ষার ফলাফল প্রকাশের পর দিন থেকে বাংলাদেশের সকল মাধ্যমিক ও উচ্চ মাধ্যমিক শিক্ষা বোর্ডগুলো আশানুরুপ না হওয়াতে যে সকল শিক্ষার্থীদের মনে অনিশ্চয়তা থাকে তাদের জন্যে খাতা পুনঃমূল্যায়ন এর সুযোগ দিয়ে থাকে যা “ফলাফল পুনঃমূল্যায়ন”, “পুনঃনিরীক্ষণ”, “খাতা চ্যালেঞ্জ”, “Re-scrutiny” ইত্যাদি নামে পরিচিত। অনেকের ধারণা বোর্ড কর্তৃপক্ষ খাতা পুনঃমূল্যায়ন করে। কিন্তু আসলে এই প্রক্রিয়ায় বোর্ড থেকে যা করা হয় তা হল, নম্বর গণনা কিংবা কোথাও নম্বর প্রদানে ভুল ভ্রান্তি ভ্রান্তি হয়েছে কিনা সেসব বিষয় মিলিয়ে দেখা হয়।

কিভাবে ফলাফল পুনঃনিরীক্ষণ করবেনঃ

ফলাফল পুনঃমূল্যায়ন করতে বোর্ড এ যাওয়ার কোন প্রয়োজন নেই। চাইলে ঘরে বসে মোবাইল থেকেই ফলাফল পুনঃমূল্যায়ন এর জন্যে আবেদন করতে পারবেন। তার জন্যে যা যা লাগবেঃ

টেলিটক সংযোগ সহ একটি মোবাইল ফোন। ( শুধুমাত্র টেলিটক আপারেটর থেকেই ফলাফল পুনঃমূল্যায়ন সম্ভব কিন্তু যাদের টেলিটক সিম নেই তাদের চিন্তার কিছু নেই, তারাও চাইলে অন্য কারো সিম ব্যাবহার করে অথবা ফলাফল পুনঃমূল্যায়ন এর আবেদন করে এ ধরণের কোন দোকান থেকেও আবেদন করতে পারবেন)

মোবাইলে পর্যাপ্ত পরিমাণ ব্যালান্স ( প্রতিটি বিষয়ের আবেদনের জন্যে মোবাইল থেকে আবেদন ফি বাবদ ১২৫ টাকা করে কেটে নেওয়া হবে। যে সকল বিষয়ের ২ টি পত্র রয়েছে যেমনঃ বাংলা ও ইংরেজি সে সকল বিষয়ের ক্ষেত্রে একটি বিষয় কোডের বিপরিতে ২ টি পত্রের আবেদন বলে গণ্য হবে তাই এ ক্ষেত্রে খরচ পরবে ২৫০ টাকা )

আবেদন করতে এসএমএস করবেন যেভাবেঃ

উদাহরণঃ যশোর বোর্ড এর কোন শিক্ষার্থীর রোল নম্বর যদি হয় 259663 তার বাংলার জন্যে আবেদন করতে লিখতে হবে এভাবেঃ RSC<স্পেস>JES<স্পেস>259663<স্পেস>101

এর পর ম্যাসেজটি 16222 এই নম্বরে পাঠাতে হবে।

উল্লেখ্য আপনি একটি এসএমএস এ একসাথে একাধিক বিষয়ের জন্যে আবেদন করতে পারবেন। সেক্ষেত্রে কমা (,) দিয়ে বিষয়গুলোর কোড আলাদাভাবে লিখতে হবে। যেমন বাংলা ও ইংরেজি দুটি বিষয়ের আবেদন করতে হবে এভাবেঃ

RSC<স্পেস>JES<স্পেস>259663<স্পেস>101,107

এক্ষেত্রে প্রতিটি বিষয়ের এবং প্রতিটি পত্রের জন্যে ১২৫ টাকা করে চার্জ করা হবে।

ফিরতি এসএমএস এ কত টাকা কেতে নেওয়া হবে জানিয়ে আপনাকে একটি পিন নম্বর দেওয়া হবে। আপনি রাজি থাকলে এর পর ম্যাসেজ অপশন এ গিয়ে লিখবেনঃ

RSC<স্পেস>YES<স্পেস>পিন নম্বর<স্পেস>আপনার সাথে যোগাযোগের একটি নম্বর (যে কোন অপারেটর এর)

উদাহরনঃ ধরুন ফিরতি এসএমএস এ প্রদত্ত আপনার পিন নম্বর হল 12345 এবং আপনার মোবাইল নম্বর 01913XXXXXX সেক্ষেত্রে আবেদন করবেন এভাবেঃ

RSC<স্পেস>YES<স্পেস>12345<স্পেস>01913XXXXXX

ব্যাস উপরের প্রক্রিয়াগুলো যদি আপনি সঠিক ভাবে অনুসরণ করে থাকেন তাহলে সফলভাবে আপনার ফলাফল পুনঃমূল্যায়ন প্রক্রিয়া সম্পন্ন হয়েছে।

আবেদনের সময়সীমাঃ

এই প্রক্রিয়া সাধারণত পরীক্ষার ফলাফল প্রকাশ হওয়ার পরদিন থেকে এক সপ্তাহব্যাপী চলে। ২০১৯ সালের জেএসসি ও জেডিসি এর ফলাফল পুনঃমূল্যায়ন প্রক্রিয়া ০১-০১–২০২০ তারিখ থেকে ০৭-০১-২০২০ তারিখ রাত ১১ টা ৫৯ মিনিট পর্যন্ত চলবে। তাই দেরি না করে আজই আবেদন করে ফেলুন আর দূর করে ফেলুন ফলাফল নিয়ে আপনার মনের সকল অনিশ্চয়তা!

ক) জাতীয় বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের অধীনে ২০১৪ থেকে ২০১৮ সাল পর্যন্ত চার বছর মেয়াদী স্নাতক (সম্মান) পরীক্ষায় সনাতন পদ্ধতিতে ন্যুনতম ৪৫% নম্বর অথবা গ্রেডিং ও ক্রেডিট পদ্ধতিতে ন্যুনতম সিজিপিএ ২.২৫ প্রাপ্ত শিক্ষার্থীরা আবেদন করতে পারবে। তবে চার বছর মেয়াদী স্নাতক (সম্মান) পরীক্ষায় পাস ডিগ্রী প্রাপ্ত কোন শিক্ষার্থী এ ভর্তি কার্যক্রমে আবেদন করতে পারবে না।

খ) জাতীয় বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের অধীনে ২০১৪ থেকে ২০১৮ সাল পর্যন্ত ১ম পর্ব মাস্টার্স (নিয়মিত)/প্রিলিমিনারী টু মাস্টার্স (নিয়মিত) পরীক্ষায় সনাতন পদ্ধতিতে ন্যুনতম ৪৫% নম্বর অথবা গ্রেডিং ও ক্রেডিট পদ্ধতিতে ন্যুনতম সিজিপিএ ২.২৫ প্রাপ্ত এবং তৎসংশ্লিষ্ট তিন বছর মেয়াদী স্নাতক (পাস) নিয়মিত পরীক্ষায় সনাতন পদ্ধতিতে ন্যুনতম ৪৫% নম্বর অথবা গ্রেডিং ও ক্রেডিট পদ্ধতিতে ন্যুনতম সিজিপিএ ২.২৫ প্রাপ্ত শিক্ষার্থীরা আবেদন করতে পারবে। তবে এক বছর মেয়াদী ১ম পর্ব মাস্টার্স (প্রাইভেট)/প্রিলিমিনারী টু মাস্টার্স (প্রাইভেট) পরীক্ষায় উত্তীর্ণ কোন শিক্ষার্থী এ ভর্তি কার্যক্রমে আবেদন করতে পারবে না।

গ) জাতীয় বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় থেকে মাস্টার্স (নিয়মিত/প্রাইভেট) পরীক্ষায় উত্তীর্ণ অথবা অন্য যে কোন প্রোগ্রামে বর্তমানে অধ্যয়নরত কোন শিক্ষার্থী ২০১৮- ২০১৯ শিক্ষাবর্ষে মাস্টার্স (নিয়মিত) প্রোগ্রামে আবেদন করতে পারবে না। এ লক্ষ্যে “জাতীয় বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়/অন্য কোন বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের অধীনে কোন শিক্ষা কার্যক্রমে বর্তমানে আমি ভর্তি/অধ্যয়নরত নই। দ্বৈত ভর্তির ক্ষেত্রে বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের বিধান অনুযায়ী উভয় ভর্তি বাতিল সংক্রান্ত সিদ্ধান্ত আমি মেনে নিতে বাধ্য থাকবো”- মর্মে আবেদনকারীর স্বাক্ষরিত একটি অঙ্গীকারনামা অনলাইন আবেদনে স্ক্যান করে আপলোড করতে হবে। উক্ত শর্ত ভঙ্গ করে কোন শিক্ষার্থী দ্বৈত ভর্তি হলে তার উভয় ভর্তি বাতিল বলে গণ্য হবে।

ক ) ২০১৮ – ২০১৯ শিক্ষাবর্ষের মাস্টার্স (নিয়মিত) প্রোগ্রামে প্রাথমিক আবেদনকারীদের স্নাতক (সম্মান)/স্নাতক (পাস) ও ১ম পর্বের মাস্টার্স (নিয়মিত)/প্রিলিমিনারী টু মাস্টার্স (নিয়মিত) পরীক্ষায় প্রাপ্ত নম্বর/সিজিপিএ এর শতকরা হার অনুযায়ী মেধাক্রম নির্ধারণ করে প্রতিটি কলেজের জন্য আলাদাভাবে বিষয়ভিত্তিক মেধা তালিকা তৈরী করা হবে। যদি দুই বা ততোধিক আবেদনকারীর মেধাক্রম একই হয় তাহলে তাদের মধ্যে যার বয়স কম হবে তাকে অগ্রাধিকার দিয়ে মেধাক্রম প্রণয়ন করা হবে।

খ) আবেদনকারীরা যে কলেজ থেকে স্নাতক (সম্মান)/১ম পর্ব মাস্টার্স (নিয়মিত)/প্রিলিমিনারী টু মাস্টার্স (নিয়মিত) পর্যায় উত্তীর্ণ হয়েছে তারা যদি ঐ কলেজে বিষয়ে মাস্টার্স (নিয়মিত) প্রোগ্রামে ভর্তির জন্য প্রাথমিক আবেদন করে থাকে সে ক্ষেত্রে এ সকল আবেদনকারীকে অগ্রাধিকারের ভিত্তিতে মেধা তালিকায় স্থান দেয়া হবে। পরবর্তীতে সংশ্লিষ্ট কলেজে বিষয়ভিত্তিক আসন শূন্য থাকলে অন্যন্যা আবেদনকারীকে মেধার ভিত্তিতে আসন বরাদ্দ দেয়া হবে। এ শর্ত শুধুমাত্র ১ম মেধা তালিকার জন্য প্রযোজ্য হবে।


গ) ভর্তির ফলাফল পর্যায়ক্রমে প্রথম মেধা তালিকা, শূন্য আসন সাপেক্ষে দ্বিতীয় মেধা তালিকা, কোটা এবং রিলিজ স্লিপের মাধ্যমে প্রকাশ করা হবে৷


ঘ) সংশিস্নষ্ট কলেজ User ID, Password ও OTP ব্যবহার করে ভর্তির বিষয়ওয়ারী ফলাফল দেখতে পারবে৷ শিক্ষার্থীরা ভর্তি সংশ্লিষ্ট ওয়েবসাইটের এই লিঙ্কে এবং SMS (nu<space>atmf<space>roll no টাইপ করে 16222 নম্বরে send হবে) এর মাধ্যমে অথবা সংশ্লিষ্ট কলেজ থেকে ফলাফল জানতে পারবে৷








আবেদনকারীর প্রাথমিক আবেদন ফরম পূরণ সম্পর্কিত করণীয়ঃ

ক) আবেদনকারীকে এই লিঙ্কে গিয়ে এ প্রদর্শিত তথ্য ছকে প্রার্থীর স্নাতক পর্যাযের পরীক্ষার রোল নম্বর, শিক্ষা বোর্ড ও পাসের সন সঠিকভাবে এন্ট্রি দিতে হবে। রোল নম্বর, বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের নাম, পাসের সন, ব্যক্তিগত মোবাইল নম্বর ও ই-মেইল নম্বর সঠিকভাবে এন্ট্রি দিতে হবে৷


খ) এ পর্যায়ে আবেদনকারী তার ভর্তি যোগ্য (Eligible) কোর্সের তালিকা দেখতে পাবে৷ আবেদনকারী তার পছন্দ অনুযায়ী বিভাগ ও জেলাওয়ারী যে কোন কলেজের নাম Select করলে সংশ্লিষ্ট কলেজে মাস্টার্স শেষ পর্ব (নিয়মিত) কোর্সের নাম ও আসন সংখ্যা দেখতে পাবে৷ এই তালিকা থেকে প্রার্থীকে সতর্কতার সংগে তার প্রার্থিত কোর্সের পছন্দ নির্ধারণ করতে হবে।


গ) মুক্তিযোদ্ধার সন্তান/ আদিবাসি/ প্রতিবন্ধী/পোষ্য (Ward) কোটায় ভর্তি হতে ইচ্ছুক শিক্ষার্থীকে তথ্য ছকের নির্দিষ্ট স্থানে তার জন্য প্রযোজ্য কোটা Select করতে হবে৷ কোটায় আবেদনের ক্ষেত্রে যথাযথ কর্তৃপক্ষের ইস্যুকৃত মূল সনদপত্র থাকতে হবে৷ একজন প্রার্থীর এক বা একাধিক কোটায় যোগ্য হলে কোটার পছন্দক্রম নির্ধারণ করে দিতে হবে৷


ঘ) ফরম পূরণের সময় আবেদনকারীর পাসপোর্ট আকারে সম্প্রতি তোলা রঙ্গিন ছবি Scan করে আপলোড করতে হবে৷ ছবির মাপ হবে ১২০x১৫০ pixels, Image Type: jpg এবং maximum file size:50Kb.


ঙ) সঠিক তথ্য ও ছবিসহ ছক পূরণ করে Submit Application অপশনে ক্লিক করতে হবে৷ এ পর্যায়ে আবেদনকারীর রোল নম্বর ও পিন কোড প্রদর্শিত হবে এবং আবেদনকারীকে ফরমটি ডাউনলোড করে [A4(8.5”×11”) অফসেট সাদা কাগজে ] প্রিন্ট নিতে হবে৷


চ) আবেদন ফরম সংশ্লিষ্ট কলেজে জমাদানের পূর্বে কোন প্রার্থী তার প্রাথমিক আবেদন ফরমটি বাতিল/ত্রুটিপূর্ণ ছবি পরিবর্তন করতে ইচ্ছুক হলে তাকে এই লিঙ্কে গিয়ে আবেদন ফরমের রোল নম্বর ও পিন কোড এন্ট্রি দিতে হবে৷ এ পর্যায়ে আবেদনকারীকে Form Cancel/Photo Change Option এ গিয়ে Click to Generate the OTP অপশনটি ক্লিক করতে হবে৷ এ সময়ে প্রার্থী তার আবেদন ফরমে উল্লিখিত ব্যক্তিগত মোবাইল নম্বরে SMS এর মাধ্যমে One Time Password (OTP) পাবে৷ এই O TPএন্ট্রি দিয়ে শিক্ষার্থী তার আবেদন ফরমটি বাতিলপূর্বক নতুন করে আবেদন ফরম পূরণ ও ছবি আপলোড করতে পারবে৷


ছ) যে সকল কাগজপত্র লাগবেঃ এই আবেদন ফরমের সংগে প্রার্থীর স্নাতক পর্যায়ের শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতার সত্যায়িত নম্বরপত্র (অনলাইন কপি), রেজিস্ট্রেশন কার্ডের সত্যায়িত কপি ও Onlineএ ভর্তির প্রাথমিক আবেদন ফি বাবদ ৩০০/- (তিনশত) টাকা সংশ্লিষ্ট প্রতিষ্ঠান/কলেজে নির্ধারিত সময়ের মধ্যে জমা দিতে হবে৷ প্রাথমিক আবেদন ফরমটির দ্বিতীয় অংশ সংশ্লিষ্ট কলেজ অধ্যক্ষ/দায়িত্বপ্রাপ্ত শিক্ষকের স্বাক্ষর ও সীলসহ শিক্ষার্থীকে ফেরত দেয়া হবে। সংশ্লিষ্ট কলেজ যে সকল প্রাথমিক আবেদন ফরম online-এ নিশ্চয়ন করবে সে সকল প্রার্থী তাদের মোবাইল নম্বরে SMS এর মাধ্যমে তা জানতে পারবে।








ভর্তি হতে যে সব কাগজপত্র লাগবেঃ
অনলাইন থেকে মূল আবেদন ফরম – ২ সেট ( অবশ্যই A4 অফসেট সাদা কাগজে কালার প্রিন্ট করতে হবে), (স্টুডেন্ট কপি হাতে রাখতে হবে)।
সদ্য তোলা পাসপোর্ট সাইজের ছবি ২-৪টি এবং স্ট্যাম্প সাইজ ২-৪ টি পেছনে নাম লিখে দিতে হবে (কলেজভেদে কম বেশি হতে পারে)।
এসএসসি/সমমান,এইচএসসি/সমমান, স্নাতক (সম্মান) পাশের সনদপত্র এর সত্যায়িত ফটোকপি – ২ সেট।
স্নাতক (সম্মান) নিয়মিত পাশের প্রশংসাপত্র/প্রত্যয়নপত্র ও রেজিস্ট্রেশন কার্ডের ফটোকপি – ২ সেট।
টাকা জমার রশিদ।
চারিত্রিক সনদপত্র (সাধারণত লাগেনা, কোন কোন কলেজে লাগতে পারে) – ২ টি।
সমতা নিরূপণ ও মাইগ্রেশন সনদের সত্যায়িত ফটোকপি (প্রযোজ্য ক্ষেত্রে)






উল্লেখ্য, সকল কাগজপত্র ২ কপি করে ২সেট বানাতে হবে যার এক কপি বিভাগীয় সেমিনারে এবং এক কপি অফিসে জমা দিতে হবে।










ভর্তির সময় সকল পরীক্ষার মূল নম্বরপত্র ও সনদ বিভাগে প্রদর্শন করতে হবে তাই সাথে নিয়ে আসবেন।
